3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed via Razorpay, supporting UPI and e-wallets
Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes
Orders are confirmed either upon successful online payment or by selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Riddhi Healthcare reserves the right to cancel COD orders if our courier partners are unable to provide delivery services by COD to the specified location.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

6. Intellectual Property
