Return and Refund Policy

At Riddhi Healthcare, we take great pride in the quality of our Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements. We carefully pack every order, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our policy below to understand your options.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Because we sell health and wellness products, safety and hygiene are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The safety seal must be completely intact and unbroken.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include a clear photo of the original invoice that came inside your package.
  3. State the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item to us.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that a glass bottle breaks during transport or you receive a defective item, we will handle the issue at no cost to you (see section 6).

5. Refunds and Non-Refundable Fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will issue a full refund for the product value.
  • Please note: Original shipping courier charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed to your original method of payment or bank account within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

6. Damaged or Broken Items

We pack our orders with great care, but if a product arrives damaged or broken during transit, please do not worry. Simply contact us on WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged item and your invoice within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.
